Return & Refund
Thank you for shopping at Indiabuttons. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy our products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Indiabuttons Store. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making Indiabuttons a purchase at Indiabuttons, you agree to the terms set forth below.
PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED ONLY IF :
- Product is Damaged- during transit
- Product is Defective – during the manufacturing process
- The product is not as described on the website
- Order is Delayed for over 10 days
- Returns of items shipped from Ddecor.com can be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- All you need to do is to ensure that the product is in its original condition, tags, and packaging.
PRODUCT CANNOT BE RETURNED/CANCELLED IF:
- If you have crossed the 15-day return window.
- If the product is damaged (Not in its original condition), or tags and packaging are missing.
- And orders cannot be canceled, once they are shipped.
WHEN CAN I GET MY REFUND?
Please note, Indiabuttons initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us. Therefore, the refund time may vary by the time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to our warehouse
It will take us a maximum of 5 – 14 Business Days to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
