Shipping Policy

We understand that great products need to be shipped with great care. Hence we work with some of the best known shipping and logistics companies to deliver your products to you.
Shipping time vary according to pincodes. Typically products are dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within minimum 2 days and maximum 10 days.
Shipping is free in India for all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery orders, we charge COD collection fee of Rs. 100 per product.
The shipping times vary from product to product. Please check the shipping info on the product page to know product specific shipping duration.
Please do note that delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control – like travel delays from our shipping partners, strikes, weather conditions, etc. But don’t worry, we are famous for delighting our customers by adhering to our promised shipping times.
We will keep you updated and provide you with the tracking information once your order is dispatched via SMS / email.

Our minimum international shipping charges are Rs. 2,500 per order with upto 4 products. For every additional 2 products, we charge Rs. 1,000 extra.
Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.

Any duties, taxes or levies chargeable on international orders are to be borne and paid by customers.
There is no transit insurance.

You can cancel your order before it is ready for dispatch. Once a product is ready for dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
